For a country to prosper the basic fundamental ideas are -
His government take steps to eradicate existing poverty by engaging people in the job they specialize in or train them for specific work which will contribute directly to the country's economy ( Primary or Secondary sector ). The people should get the money they deserve without being cheated. This will infuse a state of happiness in everybody's mind and this will encourage them to send their children to study, get themselves educated.
If the mass is educated, available resources will be utilized more efficiently. Development will increase rapidly and the country's economy will get on well.
Once economy booms, the standard of living will rise, people will become more systematic and organized.
Education is believed to make children the best citizens of the country. If utilized without any deviation, education is capable of making people more responsive towards their country. Everybody contributes to the country and have certain responsibility, if he/she carries out his/her duty religiously, certainly the country will be in a good condition.
No body should feel himself superior to other. Sensible citizens serve this purpose. They understand that a country develops only if whole population participates and for this participation every person needs to be treated with equal respect despite their jobs and other social divisions ( caste, religion etc. )
Improvement in Military Technology is equally important because as a country develops it becomes more prone to foreign country interference or terrorism. To fight this off the military should be developed enough and capable of carrying out operations with pin point accuracy and less loss of life. This include identifying threat in anticipation and destroying it before it cause harm. If condition escalates severe operations will be carried out.
